“This Ross is always a hit or miss. Some days they have a lot of merchandise and you can find a lot of stuff. Some days the place looks like it got ransacked and there is hardly anything. I'm not sure if they just don't get big shipments because I've been to other Ross stores that are always full of merchandise. Staff is very friendly. The only thing this store really needs to do is either remodel or hire someone to really clean the bathrooms. I have never seen a bathroom more neglected than this store.”
