“I am rating Kohl's exceptional because of the customer service of Lexi. She has taken care of me many times at checkout and has been so kind, professional, efficient and courteous. During these occasions, I have observed her being equally kind to customers. Always with a bright smile. But not only that. She is kind and joyful with the janitors as well. They say the character of a person lies not only in how you treat those above you or at your level, but in how you treat those who society would consider in a lesser capacity. This kindness and consideration of others is Lexi's character and I hope that as young as she is, she will do something incredible with her life. Meanwhile, to Kohl's she is an asset and I hope you will value her and the goodwill she brings to your store. She is a joy! Thank you.”

“It was my first time in the store today. I really enjoyed the layout and selection. The prices were fantastic and all the sales people were very friendly. Louise was a huge help. However, I was somewhat frustrated as I don't feel like the sales associates took me very seriously. I was looking for high-end men's dress shoes and solid gold and genuine Gem jewelry. A couple sales clerks did attempt to help but they did not seem very knowledgeable and just kind of left me be after I started questioning their suggestions. I also noticed the clerks were really down selling me when I was looking for specific brands and items that are not cheap, and yet I felt like they kept directing me to budget brands. I was really dressed down so maybe that's why they thought I wanted cheaper items. Not sure because I was very direct with what I wanted referencing specific high-end brands by name and specific jewelry standard (solid gold, Clark's, Cole Hann, semi precious stones, Le Vian, only natural Gems) and yet I was still being directed to lesser items. I did leave with 2 pairs of dress shoes but I would have liked to have gotten a whole outfit to go with it and some jewelry but the store assistance just wasn't there. Miss Louise, however, and her Thelma were absolute dolls. I was struggling with my toddler and carrying the large shoe boxes , she grabbed the boxes and the ladies checked me out while helping entertain my little man which I really appreciated. They nicely packaged everything and really killed it at the end. If not for them I probably would have only given 3 stars.”

“This Ross is always a hit or miss. Some days they have a lot of merchandise and you can find a lot of stuff. Some days the place looks like it got ransacked and there is hardly anything. I'm not sure if they just don't get big shipments because I've been to other Ross stores that are always full of merchandise. Staff is very friendly. The only thing this store really needs to do is either remodel or hire someone to really clean the bathrooms. I have never seen a bathroom more neglected than this store.”

“Always friendly staff, never have run into a product I needed that they didn't have in stock. Not ever enough cashiers when they're busy, but that's every Walmart and not the fault of this one store, so can't blame them for it. They're good about checking dates on food and dairy products so the they never sell expired, or about to be expired, products. They have a pretty decent stock of fresh Fruits, which is 100% of what I love. MY Vanilla/Chocolate galze over Canary-Melon for the tang, Strawberries, Blackberries, Blueberries, Cherries, Raspberries, and Mangos. All fruit diced and cut and tossed in a steel bowl, with a dash of Karo and the Vanilla/Chocolate in the oven at 164 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes to seal the glaze. It is amazing!!”
