They worked with the insurance company directly - and everything went smoothly. They were good at following up plus the repairs on my car look perfect (like it was never in a wreck).To top it off, when I got in my car to drive it home, they had completely vacuumed and cleaned the interior of my car.I’d like to recommend Performance Collision Center (an auto body shop). If you’ve been involved in a car accident, this is one of the best places to bring your car to get it fixed.”

I took my truck two different times to the ford dealership , and my truck stayed there for several days each time and the dealership was unable to repair. “I was passing through here on a long road trip from TX to GA- stopped for new windshield wipers, both ladies were so incredibly friendly and helpful, upbeat, smiling. They helped me find a few items and install the new wipers. It was an unexpected stop adding time to the long trip-was traveling solo too, so it's just so nice when a quick stop at an auto part store is surprisingly such a nice experience, a little morale boost for the day and journey ahead. I don't recall their names, but both ladies were superb, thank you!!”

“I won't go into the boring details of how I stumbled upon Brown's but I'll tell you one thing, this place gave me better customer service than ANY of the other 22 places I called. I'm a single mom who called their shop in a slightly emotional panic. With a cracked voice, I tried explaining what I needed and without hesitation, they told me to come in. I couldn't make it in for 3 days but once I did, They were still SO KIND to me. I couldn't find any place willing/ able but they were willing to help get what I needed to get me back on the road. I cried as I left because you just do NOT experience the level of kindness they showed to me. They have a customer for life. They have a reference for LIFE, anyone I can will be referred to Brown's for LIFE. And as soon as I can, I'll be back to give the worker (who also went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me) a real tip - He gave me a shirt from his own vehicle to lay down so it didn't ruin the trunk carpet of my mom's Lexus. This place gave me chick fil a customer service when I was in a desperate position and I am beyond grateful for them.THANK YOU BROWN'S SALVAGE OF DENHAM SPRINGS... You don't know what it truly means to me to be shown just a little bit of kindness during a time when I thought I'd lose my job if I couldn't get my car back on the road.”
