The store was incredibly clean, well-organized, and clearly well maintained. Even the restroom was spotless, which is something you don’t always find. Not only did he test my battery, but went the extra mile and cleaned my battery terminals without charging me. I have a funeral to go to and he made sure I wouldn't be stranded. “I had a rocky start this morning at another Walmart location where I was told I'd have to wait hours for service due to staff shortages. Thankfully, I called this location and was told to come right in — and I’m so glad I did.
From the moment I arrived, the energy was different. The staff was welcoming and efficient. I explained my situation and allowed them to test my battery for a 35-minute update. One amazing woman stepped in, listened to what I had already been through, and made the executive decision to help my situation.
