“TJ Maxx is my happy place and also my budget’s worst enemy—but in the best way possible. I walk in for socks and somehow leave with a throw pillow, a Himalayan salt lamp, a cheese board shaped like Louisiana, and a novelty mug that says “Running Late Is My Cardio.” Oh, and yes—still forgot the socks.
It’s organized chaos in the most thrilling way. Every aisle is a treasure hunt: name-brand finds, deeply discounted surprises, and that one section of gourmet snacks that makes you feel fancier than you are.
The staff is always kind (even when I’m debating throw blanket patterns for 20 minutes), and the prices? Glorious. Five stars for giving me everything I didn’t know I needed and for turning “just looking” into an Olympic sport. ?✨”

“Belk is a Southern department store classic—where you go in looking for a shirt and come out wondering how a $98 tag turned into a $17 total… and somehow you still saved 40%. The pricing math is a mystery, but I’m not asking questions.
The AC inside is more of a gentle suggestion than actual cooling, but that’s okay—because the moment you walk through the door, you’re hit with the unmistakable perfume cloud that could probably be seen from space. It’s strong, it’s floral, and it’s part of the Belk experience.
Despite the quirks, I always find something worth taking home—whether it’s a new outfit, a random kitchen gadget, or a clearance rack win that makes me feel like I beat the system. Five stars for friendly staff, surprise deals, and the only store where the thermostat is set to “bless your heart.” ?️✨”

“No one helped on the floor..had a woman that popped her boob out to feed an 18mth kid while shoppinging..no baby blanket to cover them. Only staff seen were the ones checking out..”
