“Went in to this store because I thought it was actually 511.. Google told me it was, but it wasn't. I think I can count one hand how many times that's worked in my favor. This was one of those times. From the instant I walked in the door I was asked if I needed help and I said yes, and I was helped instantly. I was looking for a tactical belt for my pistols that would hold either one I was carrying for that day. I had no idea what I was actually looking for other than that. I didn't catch any of these guys names, but they were all about my age, maybe a couple were the same or a little younger. One I overheard saying he was the store manager to this fire chief that came in. They were all so cool and understanding with me and my lack of knowledge and lead me in a good direction. I can't say enough about how glad I am that I ended up here. They even let me size up my belt and cut it for a good fit for me! If that's not going above and beyond idk what is! Thanks gentlemen! I will be returning to your store in the future.”

You really went beyond by having his Tux rushed over for us. Especially calling to check on him the day of his prom that meant alot to us. “I like going here but, a little too expensive unless they have a sale on some things but, I 3 pair of jeans, shorts and shirts from them and only have thing I wish they would have more inventory than what they have on DXL website I mean I like the little setup they have but, maybe a bigger store and different things from website and I do like the jeans and found them to be perfectly fit and good quality!!”
“Quinten was the best help I could have possibly hoped for in assisting me to replace an entire men's wardrobe that I needed following an airline losing my luggage. He went above and beyond in personally ensuring every item on my list was located in an expedited manner. In under two hours we had everything fitted from suits and ties to socks and underwear. He even helped load my vehicle at the end of it all. Overall, Quinten made the impossibe happen and is a credit to his employers at Macy's.”
“I asked an employee (Patricia) for assistance, and she went above and beyond what I had asked. I had simply wanted to know where a certain type of shirt was for my mother and she brought me directly to them. Then helped me to take pictures of them, because my mother couldn't come in due to her health. She helped me find the right sizes and then helped me take the pics too! (She knew all the while that I was not purchasing yet, but she took her time helping me!) All while having a great attitude! What a remarkable example of excellent customer service!!! I left, and came back a couple hours later, and instead of buying just 1 as i had planned, I purchased 4 shirts, largely in part to her superb interaction with me earlier. What a fantastic experience at this store!”

Checked out with Taylor, quick and nice. Place is super clean, everything was folded and easy to access. I will definitely be back.”
“I don't really enjoy going to the mall, definitely more of an online shopper.
I went in to return 5 items that I had ordered online, they just weren't the right fit for me. I always feel bad being that person to return multiple pieces but Garrison (cashier) didn't skip a beat and was so helpful!!
He helped me with finding the right size slacks and even helped me with getting a few work outfits together- recommending colors that worked together etc. He brought the items I had selected to a dressing room and let me know they'd be ready for me when I was done looking around.
Even had the clothes set up so that I could easily find each piece when trying them on not just thrown in there.
I honestly don't think I've ever had a better clothes shopping experience.

“Love my local Shades! I’ve only been a few times, but anytime I go, they make me feel so welcome. We were greeted by the cutest golden lab named Addison (employee Mikey’s) and her ball when we came in today. I could’ve stayed in there playing fetch with her all day!! Abigail helped as we looked around. She showed us to the complimentary adult beverages and chatted with us, answering our questions. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and made us laugh (everything you want in good customer service). The store was very clean, and you can tell all the employees take much pride in their jobs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!”

“I shopped here religiously when I was younger, but now it’s so much more enjoyable with adult money. Their sale section had lots of affordable options and great deals on accessories as well. Urban has always been a super trendy store that I could find something in. The staff here is pleasant as well.. I’m not sure what’s up with all the negative reviews about them. I just wish Urban’s and all surrounding retail stores in BR had longer hours.”
“We love Elijah ❤️ I was so tired from walking through the mall with my 7 yr old active son Braylon. We went to return clothing to a department store we order clothing offline from. We went in and H&M was busy. I couldn’t put one outfit together. So I asked Elijah for his help and with excitement and a smile he put together three or four outfits and asked my son if he liked them. It’s the idea he cared about how my son would feel about the looks. When we left Braylon said mom I see what you mean all people that work in stores aren’t mean or rude. Wait not to mention at check out Brittany folded the clothes so neatly. It’s an experience and we appreciate it. !”
