“We were visiting family BR and my husband needed a suit jacket quickly for a very important, last minute meeting in New York the next week. He tried other shops and no one would call him back or would say, “come back in an hour” but wouldn’t be there when we returned.We showed up at the Mc Lavy shop mid afternoon on Friday and we were greeted with a warm smile and prompt service. Their inventory offered a wide variety of price points and quality. Best part, we asked for expedited tailoring and we got the jacket back within 24 hours.This is a one-owner shop that has been around since 1979. I stumbled on them because where I normally make a turn was packed with traffic and I had to take an alternate route; saw the sign, figured I’d check them out, exceptional customer service made me thrilled to make a purchase- they had on the shelf something specific I had been looking for that Cabela’s , bass pro, precision, etc all didn’t have.The entire staff was great, but if you want a real treat as a customer make sure you ask for Lars- there is nothing that man cant help you with.I will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“One of my favorite stores; however, online, it claims to be opened from 12-3 on Sunday. Although here I stand, within 10 feet from the store on a Sunday at 1:12, and the store is locked up. Another bystander shared in my confusion when I was here at noon, and they suggested that it may open at 1. Yet, here I am, now 1:13, sitting outside a closed store which I long to enter.”

Most recently I went with a friend on 8/18 and two employees helped with sizings for things that don't have clear size charts (accessories like harnesses and stuff) and took their time with my friend to really help and explain and even offer to order the correct item in store for them. They don't like to shop much in person and it was a very positive experience for them,Thanks HT crew for all you do!”

“What a great store! If you're into the modern country (think Yellowstone and new country music) this is a great place to shop! Lots of good quality brands like Hurley, Hey Dude, Savage in a variety of sizes (took the bf shopping for his birthday and he's a pretty good sized man). Juan helped us today, he was patient and caring, took time to understand our needs and likes of which we ended up getting 2 pairs of jeans and 2 shirts. Juan did say the isn't normally there during the week (just on the weekends) so it was great that we had him to help us today!Will definitely be back and so glad they have a wide variety of good quality jeans in a wide variety of sizes for men and women.
