“Well organized shoe store. I went to Academy first. Shoes were all mixed up with the styles. It was to time consuming to look. There was no help available at Academy. Shoe carnival doesn't have all the styles but at least I found what I needed easily. The staff was great”

“25 yrs of getting the same boot and was curious on some different ones. I believe the man helping me crushed his job, service and anything else ya can put into it. He was the most helpful person I have come across in a very long time. He measured and did all the fancy foot pressure points, fitted the boots himself and was even apologizing for a 5-10 min wait while he was helping someone before me. I ended up purchasing a different style this time and this my first night with them and they are alot more comfortable then my normal boots. Maybe it was the different soles used, instead of the normal molding ones.
I believe his name was Roland but I could be mistaken. Give this man a raise regardless.”
