I love this store and everything about it except not having a public restroom the last time I went in was very uncomfortable. I have oxygen and in a Walker and they wouldn't let me use the bathroom Even though I begged them. There is nowhere to go nearby either and it's hot outside. I did not have the air to walk to another store. Why can't they just add a restroom for customer's?

With inflation rising so are the prices. Dont expect any "good will" from this purple cow. Prices have doubled and tripled excluding the books. BOOK prices have remained the same. You can find some deals those are few and far between.Update(01/16/24):t-shirts are still $7 dollars per item, consider brand new shirts from Walmart are priced at $8-11 dollars each.Shoes start at $10 a pair. Thats just crazy to have prices that high for something that was donated to you.And winter jackets are crazy $$$.They had a "plastics" sale table at $3 per item. Literally junk plastic items. The store just leaves the table outside of front door hoping someone might buy something. Its sad but purple cow is apart of the greedy corporate scheme.

I loved the selection of children’s books here. But they rearranged the store and the children’s books are no longer put up on a shelf. They are thrown into clear bins and you have to dig through the bins to find them. They all get torn up. Heartbreaking. They have the shelf space. I wish they would set them back up.

I normally go to the BR purple cow, but decided to check this location out. With that, never again. I gathered my items walked to the register and stood their for ten minutes at the check-out line. The cashier Brennan was in his phone and doodling on sticky notes. Other people were now in line as well. No acknowledgement to those in line but greeted those who walked in. A guy who was in line made a comment is there anyone working the register. I replied it's seems not. I finally asked the cashier Brennan if there was someone working the register. He said he was. I said "OK" and asked "how much longer". He then says, "oh you're ready to check out". I said, "we'll yes and have been waiting 10+minutes while you're in your phone/doodling". No regard to customers.Limted/helpful staff.

Every time I go into the purple cow in Denham Springs. And look through the window. There is a ton of toys, but it seems like for the past 3 or 4 months. I've been in there, there's no toys on the floor just trying to get some stuff for some Kids

I find this place to be way over the top on pricing. Don't know who does pricing, but they need to learn a wee bit more about the items they are putting prices . Some items can be bought cheaper at other stores. I've been there a few times haven't bought anything. They forget these are donated items

Went in and looked around they have lots of glassware and whatnots and pictures. I found four shirts on the 99 cent sale color. I also got two necklaces and a bracelet that matched one of the shirt side picked out. Go have a look around.

Store hours on the door and google are not accurate. Store employees close the store before 7pm. Not the first time I stop by and they have locked the doors before 7pm.
