“Shalamar was an excellent customer service representative. I just recently moved to the area and had to switch carriers due to my previous network not providing service North of Lake Charles. I had just purchased a cricket phone from the Walmart across the street, which it was a major mistake. It was an android model I’ve never heard of. I can’t even recall it, at the moment. I was just trying to get some sort of communication up in running, because it was quite a shock to me when I found out that my cell phone didn’t work in the new area, I was now residing. After about a week of fiddling with that android, I couldn’t take it anymore and decided to take advantage of the iPhone 12 64 gig for $99.99. I called before I went to the store in DeRidder Shalamar answered, and I inquired if it was appropriate for me to ask the amount or general number of iPhone 12s in stock for that deal. She gave me a figure of about a handful, which gave me a great estimate of how long it would possibly be until they sold out. I made it to cricket wireless or maybe a couple/few hours later. Shalamar was there, and she recalled that I had inquired about the number of iPhone 12s and told her, I was coming in. She was already with a customer that was there before me, finishing up services required. Shalamar, Stephanie and I had a lovely conversation until Shalamar was finished with Stephanie‘s phone and she jumped right onto mine. She set up my HBO Max, my cricket account/password, got the friend referral bonus, and insured that I could get calls/text before I left the store. After my phone was properly activated went across the street to Walmart. Returned the phone that I bought from there and had no regret losing $55 of service fees already paid for the android. That didn’t bother me. I was just happy to have a decent phone. Apple or android, it doesn’t matter to me, as long as it has a nice process, decent screen, and haptic features are responsive. I did not get that until I went to Deridder cricket wireless and Shalamar set me up. I had been here three weeks; a three week nightmare for me. Hardly any cell phone service, cell phone would not respond, and screen glitch until it caught up with the processes. It was a nightmare from SELA. They have gotten broadband almost (a purple towns left) to the tip of the boot, which is huge. I assumed broadband was available up the Rocky Mountains ? such a ditz. The best wireless network and my customer service agents and recommended by me for the Deridder area. I don’t make reviews this long-winded often, check my account, It’s Google so it’s public, I don’t recommend many places in writing. I just wanted to give her a shout out on Google Review and say, “thank you.” I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I answered the way I did because Mr. Meshach at your store in DeRidder was on point. My family and I walked in disappointed due to another service provider, but Mr. Meshach turned everything around for me and my family. We all walked very happy. We received excellent service. His was so professional in how he attended to us. To him, going over valuable info with us about products and services...He spoke very professional and polite... The company really needs more people like him. That young man should get a raise for real... The Deridder, LA At&t office is the best I have ever dealt with...we are very happy customers...
