“I am not surprised that these guys have five stars. Why am I posting a dirty business card? I don’t want to forget where they are. Months ago they fixed a demolished hdmi port on my grandson’s Xbox at a ,more than reasonable, price because he knew I couldn’t do more. After a fun afternoon at City Park, we were able to bring the Xbox back to McComb with us. These guys ended days of anxiety for a good price and a short wait. Thanks, again”

He got me set up by moving my number from another carrier and then within 30 days, when I misplaced the phone (ikr?????♀️) he got me set up again with a new phone - and he did all the heavy lifting with the carrier to switch service to that one. Wow! So grateful to be able to reach a live person on the phone for these types of things vs. chatbots, automated systems - or dealing with kiosks and giving up your whole day. My new go-to for all things phones. ??”

“Honestly this is a review that I looked forward to posting. I needed to have my iPad Pro repaired. While in Destrehan I looked locally and found Joe.
The reviews reeled me in and his awesome personality and kind and professional spirit did the rest.
I knew I was at the right place but it took him less than an hour to repair my iPad. Get this. He had the part in stock. I couldn’t believe it.
My dad’s iPad had the same problem and it took almost 2 wee,s to get it back.
Joe you have a new fan and customer.
