“Had to have both my phone and tablet screens replaced. Brought my tablet in 1st. Because it was relatively new; a screen needed to be ordered. Two days later, I was called to bring in my tablet. Less than 2 hours later, I was called to come pick up. Perfect repair. Great service! Brought in my phone 3 days ago for the broken screen and damaged back case. Again, less than 2 hours and all fixed! Several months ago, brought granddaughters phone in for new screen. Again, repairs were done perfectly and very reasonable prices. Always treated respectfully. Great to do business with. No need to go anywhere else!”

I have T-mobile and have been pleased with the service- and customer service to date. We walked from the Apple Store to this location and we did not have to wait long. Kaweena was the agent assisting us and she was so knowledgeable she very quickly added him to my plan. We hit an issus when we were transferring his old number.
