“OK, I came into boost and I was helped by Danisha. She’s the greatest. I’ve been to many of your stores, but this lady goes out of her way to make it easy for you and show you what you’re doing. You’re very lucky to have an employee like car I hope if I have to come back I can find her and get her to help me cause she’s the best and you’re very lucky to have her.”

“Darcey gets a 1000/10 she listened to my problem and found a solution within no time. I just spent 50 min in metro on Williams in Kenner for the so called associate to tell me my husband pin wrong she was rude from the beginning on her personal phone trying to take two customers while assisting me and she couldn’t even focus on my problem . Than had the nerve to tell me we wouldn’t be going through this if my husband wouldn’t have left his phone . Disrespectful is what she was please don’t spend your money at that metro. Ms Darcey took less than 5 seconds to enter the pin and was in . Who ever was working metro pcs at 12:30 on Williams in Kenner needs to be fired immediately”

“I was so happy to stop in at this particular CRICKET PHONE store on Veterans Blvd. Near the SUBWAY today. A young woman helped me with my account questions. She was so nice and patient with me. I hadn’t had any problems in such a long time and did not know the exact questions I needed to ask. Eventually she got to what it was I needing to do to finish my new hotspot that I had purchased awhile ago. If you go there I know you will get the same wonderful service I got!”

2309 David Drive Ste.E East, Metairie LA 70003
“I went to the Dave Drive location, and the woman who works there. Alicia was such a pleasure. I’m very educated on her information about boost and working and I went to several different locations before that one and she was the only one who gave me accurate information and helps me the most. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve spent hundreds of more dollars and I’ve had to. She is always polite and respectful and goes out of her way to help. She took the time to help me understand what I was asking and helps me learn what I need to know that I didn’t about phones in my account and purchases any questions I had she Answered correctly and patiently most of all, I will always go back to that location as long as Alicia is working there”

Everyone there was helpful when I needed help finding paper products and they have lots of awesome vegan options in the frozen section and vegan cheeses and milks!!”
