After 2 days of driving around with a battery that kept dying and calling 3 of the 4 Advanced auto parts and hearing every excuse as to why they could not change my battery for me. I thankfully tried calling the 4th Advanced Auto on Johnson St. The manager Nathaniel without hesitation said it would not be a problem. In the pouring rain, he and Tony changed it out with smiles. It's not often you go into a store and people actually want to work. Its hard to find great service like that anymore. The other locations could take a page from this stores book!!!!! Thanks”
