“Went there yesterday to get the license plate off my car. They’re very friendly and easy going, it was such a seamless process! This is my first accident with my first car so I was definitely heartbroken, and when the officer asked me if I had any preference for a tow truck I had no idea of who, so I’m beyond grateful they called on these guys.”
“I can not express how much I was helped and treated with much kindness when my RV needed valve stem extensions on both rear tires after driving it from PA to LA and having to buy 6 new tires and continued to have air not holding in one of my rear inside tire. Jessica went out of her way to find the extensions and when she did got me in ASAP. She was so kind and caring and the mechanic was so very kind. After the extensions were replaced it’s amazing how “ Micky Mouse” the ones that were on and the new ones Billy Thibodeaux’s replaced them with is how they should have been to begin with. I want to thank everyone for all the support and help I received and my tires are holding up great

“My daughter was using my vehicle and got stopped by the sheriff dept and because she didn't have a printed out copy of insurance card but it's on the app in our phone they towed my vehicle.
Once I fiund out where my vehicle was I called and was told that I would have to wait unti the office opened the next day to get my vehicle and I would be charged for that day as well. So the following day I go to get my vehicle and I couldn't believe the price that I had to pay. For having my truck overnight was almost $400. That is absurd.
The lady in the office was nice and professional and it didn't take long to get my truck out. There was no damage to my vehicle from the tow truck so that was a huge relief.
The service itself was good but the price was absolutely ridiculous. They didn't have my truck 24 hours and I had to pay for 2 days. That's the price I paid for loaning out my vehicle.”

“Called Topshelf for a tow today and they were on site in about 30 minutes! I have a custom built Peterbilt 389 that sits fairly low Jonnie showed up and showed out! He worked quickly but carefully to get my truck hooked up and ready to tow. Very professional and super nice guy. If you’re ever near Lafayette and need a tow I definitely recommend giving Topshelf a call!”

When I did try to push job that I just didn't want to let go off,the ownership advised me why I shouldn't spend the money. It would have been a waste.”
