“Lucas was professional and knowledgeable. Fast service and great customer service. Thank you, Lucas! Especially coming from a solo female traveler. Have a great evening!”
“Dwayne arrived within minutes of my call. Upon arriving, he immediately attempted to figure out why my car was not starting because he did not want to charge me for a tow if I didn’t actually need one. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. It ended up needing to be towed and the price was more than reasonable. Great experience. Highly recommend if you need a tow!”
“Great response time, given the lafayette traffic and the time of day I needed to be towed. E took good care of my car when picking it up and dropping it off. Great service and zero complaints.”
“I can not express how much I was helped and treated with much kindness when my RV needed valve stem extensions on both rear tires after driving it from PA to LA and having to buy 6 new tires and continued to have air not holding in one of my rear inside tire. Jessica went out of her way to find the extensions and when she did got me in ASAP. She was so kind and caring and the mechanic was so very kind. After the extensions were replaced it’s amazing how “ Micky Mouse” the ones that were on and the new ones Billy Thibodeaux’s replaced them with is how they should have been to begin with. I want to thank everyone for all the support and help I received and my tires are holding up great
I am going to include pictures of the ones that were on and the replacements that is how they should’ve been. Thank you all for such great service and making me feel like number one”
“Service Chevrolet in Lafayette takes great care of my vehicle. My appointment time was convenient and I was able to wait in their customer area while my vehicle was serviced. The time taken was perfect, and I appreciate the prompt communication from technicians. I am delighted and reassured that my vehicle will perform to the highest standards, and I can count on continued professional service throughout its life. Many thanks for a job well done!”
“Called Topshelf for a tow today and they were on site in about 30 minutes! I have a custom built Peterbilt 389 that sits fairly low Jonnie showed up and showed out! He worked quickly but carefully to get my truck hooked up and ready to tow. Very professional and super nice guy. If you’re ever near Lafayette and need a tow I definitely recommend giving Topshelf a call!”

“My experience with this company and their technician Quinton was extremely helpful in getting my truck towed in a timely manner. Hats off to Quinton. Very pleased with his performance and professionalism. I very seldom give reviews but this one blew me away. Thank you all for your services.”
“Mike was a lifesaver!! I’m extremely thankful to have found such a top-tier wrecker company!
My daughter was stranded in Lafayette with a flat at 2am, and the jack was missing from her car. I’m in Texas and couldn’t do anything to help her. After so many companies that I called first told me they “didn’t have a jack” 🫤, Mike went way above and beyond to make sure they were back on the road quickly. He even went the extra mile to call me back afterwards and let me know “From a father to a father” that she was back on the road.
I truly hope that I never need a wrecker service in Lafayette again, but if I do I’m calling Carroll’s without a doubt!”
“My son purchased his first new vehicle from Service yesterday. It was a no brainer coming here first ! We are repeat customers for a reason. Customer Service is excellent , if I could give Mike Cecil 100 stars ⭐️ I would !!! They did not disappoint, sales , service ,financing , they made the whole process effortless. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I had the most honest and helpful advice that I have ever received from a business. Being a certified mechanic myself,I can spot a misleading advertisement or sale usually quicker than most. When I did try to push job that I just didn't want to let go off,the ownership advised me why I shouldn't spend the money. It would have been a waste.”
