“Went 40 plus miles to get a McWare stock pot, when I stepped inside for the first time along with the wife, I thought I was in a Christmas Toy store for outdoor cooking and was amazed by the inventory of cookware, I have a few goodies in mind and I shall return. Service was top notch. I approve.”

“Wonderful little old fashion hardware store. They carry a very large allotment of screws, bolts, nuts, washers and specialty items not found in big box stores. They also have a very nice selection of large size Cajun cookware. I love this place but I dislike the hours. I am sure it is for the best but closing at noon on a Saturday just kills me. Now that they have teamed up with Ace Hardware the tool selection has grown and they offer a wider choice of options for said tools. The staff is still as pleasant as they were the very first time I went in there 15 years ago. There is something nice about going to the smaller store and being able to find everything that you need in less than an hour and not have to walk five miles up and down 90 different aisles.”

I went on a Saturday morning and I was in a rush. Walking around the store for 15 to 20 minutes trying to find someone to ask a question and I couldn’t find anyone so I had to leave and drive 30 minutes back to work.”
