“I visited this location to ship a package to my father, who had left his dentures at my home prior to his departure for Canada. As this was my first experience with international shipping, the employee, Buddy, made the process very convenient. Buddy, who has been a team member since 1994, possessed extensive knowledge regarding shipping and receiving. He was able to explain the necessary procedures in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I cannot express enough how this employee transformed a daunting task into a remarkably simple and pleasant experience. Buddy is deserving of a pay raise, and his exceptional customer service has ensured that I will remain a loyal customer of this specific branch. I highly recommend FedEx, and this location in particular, especially if you have the pleasure of being assisted by Buddy for your international shipping needs.”
