“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **5 STARS — Outstanding Service\!** I want to give a HUGE shout\-out to **Gene Robin Towing**, and especially to **Mr\. Reggie\!** Oh my goodness, where do I begin? My husband and I had quite an experience today when our electric vehicle broke down right off I\-49, with major traffic all around us\! And here comes Mr\. Reggie, swooping in like SUPERMAN to save the day\! ?♂️ Let me tell you, this gentleman was absolutely AMAZING\! Professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and full of wisdom\! My husband and I were both blown away, not only by how well he knew his job, but by how much he taught us about our own electric vehicle\! But what really touched my heart was his kindness\. He didn’t just come, pick us up, and leave\. **He took the time to make sure we were safe, comfortable, and taken care of\.** And can I tell you something else? This man needs his own television show\! ? The stories he shared, the wisdom he carries, and the encouragement he gave us turned a very stressful situation into an unforgettable experience\. Sometimes God places the right people in your path at just the right time, and today, Mr\. Reggie was one of those people\! **Genie Robin Towing, you have a treasure in this gentleman\!** Please know that his professionalism, compassion, and dedication did not go unnoticed\. I’m praying that God continues to bless this business, bless Mr\. Reggie and his family, and keep him safe as he travels these dangerous highways helping others\. Mr\. “Mike was a lifesaver!! I’m extremely thankful to have found such a top-tier wrecker company! My daughter was stranded in Lafayette with a flat at 2am, and the jack was missing from her car. I’m in Texas and couldn’t do anything to help her. After so many companies that I called first told me they “didn’t have a jack” 🫤, Mike went way above and beyond to make sure they were back on the road quickly. He even went the extra mile to call me back afterwards and let me know “From a father to a father” that she was back on the road. I truly hope that I never need a wrecker service in Lafayette again, but if I do I’m calling Carroll’s without a doubt!”
