“Car broke down at the Cardiovascular Institute and they sent someone right out. Khristian was courteous, very kind, and knowledgeable about how to tow my car as it is an AWD vehicle. He dropped it off promptly at my house and followed my instructions exactly on where to leave the keys. The price was very good for a flatbed tow. I would give these guys a call again!”

I couldn't believe how he handled not only the tow, but maneuvering the truck into a most unlikely spot. Never complaining or 'giving up'. Great driver, grseat company. I highly recommend their services.BTW, absolutely no damage to the towed truck either!”

“I've had plenty of vehicle's towed within this year alone and I have to say. Mike is by far one of the best I've seen to date. His level of professionalism is amazing. He knows his job well and takes pride in what he does. I've never seen such a clean skate onto the bed. The car was unharmed. And that is almost impossible to get when dealing with a broken ball joint an upper control arm..I cannot express enough how satisfied we are with his work. “I had 4 kids with me when our suv was towed. I paid for the spot and even paid for an additional hr, just to assure that we wouldn’t be towed. Lo and behold we were towed anyway for absolutely no reason & just left sitting in a dark parking lot downtown. I spoke to 3 different people within the company & no one seemed to have any sort of answers, much less even care at all AND I was told that it would cost almost $300 to get our suv back. After finally making it back home the owner called me apologizing for the whole situation & saying that "he doesn’t like how the situation was handled” & how he wanted to make things right. He met my husband & I at the tow yard at around 11pm to release my suv back to me!! My family & I want to give a sincere thank you sir! Thank you for actually caring & thank you for making amends!”
“chance is a great guy! my boyfriend & i got stranded in laffy about an hour and a half away from home, chance got here quick and fixed it in less than 20 minutes! if we had cash on us, we would’ve tipped him! he really lightened the mood we had being stranded with a baby.”
