“My experience with the cashier and manager was great. Had I not encountered the rude lead or assistant manager, I would’ve given them 5 stars. The cashier was a woman, I don’t recall her name, she was extremely pleasant and super helpful! The manager, made a provision to assist me regardless of the error being my fault. The lead or assistant manager, instead of stating unfortunately we can not, his words were you need to ask him, pointed at the manager, if it was up to me it would be NO in such a rude tone! It’s not what you say it’s how you say it!”

“All representatives are very helpful and friendly. On our last visit Patrick helped us out with an office chair that we had purchased that had an issue. Patrick called the store in Metairie, since his store was out of stock, and had them just switch the part out for us, instead of bringing entire chair back. Danielle at Metairie store was great also.”
