A friend needed his phone updated. Visited Apple at Lakeside. Jamie helped correct some setting issues he had with his phone, and guided the update installation. The lady was very patient and helpful. Her help was appreciated.

I ordered my phone online. Pick up was quick and easy. The staff was helpful from entry to exit.

Not all heroes wear capes. But Sais probably should anyhow because he is a hero and really helped me out of a pickle after my phone was stolen and I needed a new one real quick right before their closing time. Thank you, Sais!!! He's incedible! And brilliant.
