I visited this location when I was visiting friends for Cajun Mardi Gras. We got boudin balls, boudin and cracklin. This was first trying authentic cajun food and it did not disappoint. Everything was fresh, the store was very clean and aisles were spacious. I would highly recommend and will return next year.

They have an assortment of season Meat for those. We are just learning how to cook. Literally Brown and you got a meal and a boudin is authentic to this area.
