“This is a nice, clean facility. It is obviously older, but well-maintained. It has a full sized high school basketball court with six rows of bleachers on one side of the court, and exercise machines behind a foam padded barrier on the other side. There are some practice hoops on the side. Good parking next to the gym, across from the Fort Polk Museum.”

“Solid GYM good amount of squat racks, not many flat benches, has half court basket ball avaliable. Good for Squad PT don't bring a ton of people. NEEDS TO BE OPEN LONGER.”

“It's lonely and the machines look new. The sauna it's always lonely. At least at the time I go. During lunch time. 11:30am or 12pm. They were very helpful and even showed me around.”
