“I visited the O'Reilly store #2415 (Hwy 44) to purchase a fuse for my vehicle's USB. I was surprised when the employee informed me that store employees were not allowed to help me replace the fuse and suggested that I should look up how to do it myself. Unsatisfied with the customer service, I decided to visit O'Reilly store #5322 (Hwy. 30) instead. There, I purchased the fuse and was very grateful when that store's employee, Jordan, happily replaced it in just a few minutes and refused a tip. From now on, this will be my go-to store.
