“Had the best experience here. At this point all collision shops are backed up due to lack of workers, slow shipping of car parts, slow responses from 3rd party companies (such as insurance companies), etc. I needed a small part on my bumper replaced. Ms. Paula helped and took care of EVERYTHING! I didn’t have to make any calls to the insurance company or to the shop. She kept in contact with me and the insurance company and both worked very well to get my car in and out.I never had an experience where my car would go to the collision center and the dealership until now. Mrs. Paula booked everything and even made sure that my car was transported to the dealership that could see it the quickest. One dealership told her they couldn’t get to my car for a month. A MONTH! Of course due to lack of staff, but she called around and found one that took my car and it was done two days later.It was awesome! I highly recommend this place.”

“Huge HUGE shoutout to everyone at this company. I never got the names of the people who helped me yesterday, but they have no idea how happy they made me and how appreciative I really am of them. I went for a 3pm appt to get my rear bumper looked at, just an estimate appt to see how much it would cost to get it fixed. The reception lady told me to that it could probably just be reattached and to let her take my vehicle to the back to see what she could do for me. 10 minutes later she pulls back around and my bumper had been fixed free of charge. I’ve been pinching pennies for the last few months and with my bumper being broken since November, this meant the world to me. So truly, thank you so so much Performance Auto Body!”

“Though I have purchased several vehicles from this dealer over the years, my review is about the service department. Unfortunately Nissan did not have any vehicles that fit my wants/needs in 2019 so I had to purchase another make. I was so immensely frustrated after a year of dealing with the new vehicle's service department that I called Mr Don at Nissan service and asked if they do maintenance on other 'brands' and he said yes. I was thrilled. We have five vehicles in our household and all but one goes to Price LeBlanc Nissan in Gonzales; and the one that doesn't is only because it is a company vehicle.Don Winters will tell me like it is, no beating around the bush. From "It needs it ASAP" to "It could really wait till your next oil change." He'll tell me "an aftermarket part will work just as well" or "I highly recommend you get this part from the manufacturer." Whatever it is, he does his best to get me up and running while making sure no unnecessary charges are added.If you're service department is driving you insane like mine was I recommend you call Mr. Don; even if you don't have a Nissan!”

I didn't have to time to wait to perform that check. Lady was very nice and explained all the readings the tester read.”
