“Today I went in to get a phone repair on my iPhone 7+ and I asked the gentleman there how long it’s going to be until it gets fixed and he told me it’s only going to take about 15 minutes so I told him OK I’m going to go and pick up something from down the road I won’t be that long I got there parked my car and then he gives me a phone call letting me know that my phone is ready I went back and picked it up and it was working perfectly even better from before thank you mike for your help if you guys ever go to Dr. wireless make sure you ask for Mike”

“Oh I just love Chris at the location in Gonzales on airline he is always so loving caring and helpful he makes me feel so good no question is a stupid question or a dumb question anything I ask he always has the answer and if not he's going to go and find it everyone there actually are sweethearts but I kind of got attached to Chris because besides working he's always willing to give a good conversationhe is truly an angel.. you could be having the worst day and his smile his presence his vibe his Aura will just lift you up and I can't explain how much I or anyone appreciates that... “I'm giving the store a 5 star but what im about to say has nothing to do with this store verizon bought out straight talk and my service has become garbage losing service from 30min to and hour 5 to 6 times a day atleast when straight talk had it buy themselves it only drop once a day and I new when it was going to happen with Verizon at any given time just no service with out any reason to why please fix the phone service I really dont won't to go to at&trash”
