“I had such a smooth and stress-free experience at Metro by T-Mobile. The team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied. They were honest about the options available and helped me get exactly what I needed at a good price. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was quick, and the staff had amazing attitudes. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a phone store. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending this location to friends and family!”

“The lady who help us was so kind, patient, and friendly. She put up with all the calamity me and my two sisters come up with for almost 3 hrs, trying to unlock our phones to switch to cricket. Great atmosphere there. Never have I had such a good experience at a cell phone retail store ? (especially considering the challenge we created for ourselves) and I might add the price is right ?”
