They have canceled the past 4 grooming appointments for my dog with zero reason. I have answered the questionnaires and confirmed the appointments. I have called the grooming salon three times with no one answering or getting back to me. I honestly have never tried to hard to spend my money somewhere but they have lost my business. This is ridiculous for me to book online and have 4 appointments booked weeks in advance to be canceled. Do not waste your time or money on this location.

Clean, well-organized store with tons of products for your pet's needs.
Special thank you to Thailand in grooming for doing such an amazing job with my dog! She looks and smells so good! Also I appreciate Ms. Julia at the register for her help with products and online account assistance!

I would give 5 stars because my Boss Hogg loves the staff, they play with him, give him treats and also advise me of potential savings . The only reason I can’t give a 5 star is because in the parking lot some random guy pulled up on me, and I’m fairly certain he saw my weapon. He said he had himself in bind and needed help. I have a weird feeling that if I didn’t have a weapon, that situation would’ve been more aggressive. I’m not sure what PetSmart could do about that, but my dog went on full alert and that situation could’ve ended badly for that guy, my dog would’ve loved to jump in his car and “played” with his throat.

If you have a golden retriever, do not bring them here. They usually would just trim my boy with shears to clean him up. I just picked him up and it looks like they shaved him. It’s choppy, uneven, he doesn’t even look like himself. I am so upset. His beautiful hair is gone. He has never looked like this in his entire 5 years. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

Extremely racist .
No customer service towards you if you’re black .
I asked to hold a snake and was told some people can’t hold them unless you’re serious about getting one. I asked her how am I some people & who’s to say I’m not serious? And she repeated the same thing she said before. I have many pet snakes in my home lol I’m definitely serious I even told her I can show pictures and videos and she proceeded to be rude and told me no I can’t hold any snake. So I asked if she can take the snake out she hold it and then she rolled her eyes at me and told me no. After that my husband told me let’s go it’s clear as day she’s a racist.
It’s not my fault that I’m a beautiful pretty black queen geesh lol I wonder where the racist people think they’re going to go when their time is up with all that hate 😂 sure isn’t in the heaven gates

There's nothing wrong with the store as far as cleanliness, service but it mostly caters to dogs. There are little to no ferret items. Perfect for dog stuff.

I’ll never understand how no matter when I walk in the Gonzales location for grooming, I’m never acknowledged. I understand you are working, but say hello and someone will be with you shortly. I’m sitting in the car waiting because I want my pet as soon as they finish. It’s just a bath and brush.

I was impressed with one of your employees, she very happy to assist me. I had just rescued a large dog and was buying the things I needed for her. She took a large crate and bed up to the front for me. so I could continue to shop, with a smile on her face. When I went to check out ( over $300 worth of stuff) i ask if there was anyone that could come help me, he just turned his head like he didn't hear me. So I asked again, no response. He didn't even see is anyone was available. My daughter said mom I'll try and get it. We finally got help...the 2 customers in line behind me help me. You got 3 stars because of the employee that was so friendly and helped me. Other than that it would have been a 1!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I promise I would! The amount of respect they have for some of their customers definitely shows! It is not the customers fault if you chose a line of work that you do not want or like to do! I took my Maltipoo here today to get a cut and bathing and I am livid! For starters this is not the first time they’ve attempted to make an issue about him in some type of way. First it was he couldn’t get groomed last week bc of a 48 hour waiting period due to shots which no one told me and they knew I was setting up an appt for the vet the day before the grooming and didn’t say a thing! Okay so the issue was, Prince couldn’t get a bath and was only able to get half ass cut because he so called wasn’t keeping still. My dog is in the same condition as I dropped him off in! & to think they wanted to charge us half of the full price for a half ass job that was done. My husband felt extremely embarrassed to walk out of that store with a dog that was suppose to be groomed by professional groomers! I explained how Prince was beforehand on MULTIPLE occasions and every time I did I was told other dogs are a lot worse and the job gets done but Prince was not done! If Ms. Kayla (his groomer) wasn’t feeling up to her job today and decided she couldn’t do him, then she should’ve called me to come get him and I would’ve taken him elsewhere! I will not spend my coins here again! It’s completely disrespectful and unacceptable! I do not care how they try to justify it, the point is the dog looks horrible and now I have to spend more money to fix a mistake on their behalf! Right is right and wrong is wrong! I am paying for this, they are not paying a penny to me! If you don’t want someone doing this to you or your pet then don’t do it to them!

A two for audacity, but a solid -10 for skill. Yes this is my dog, yes this is real—- yes I paid $155. Yes they thought this was okay, no they didn’t offer to fix her. Yes she still looks like this.

Went in to get plants for my tank and wanted just a small something for my tank . The girl that helped me basically talked me out of getting anything I wanted to get , I was really really wanting to get a new addition to my tank , but everything I looked at she basically told me no . I was so sick of hearing her lecture me about a tank I’ve had up and going for over 3yrs now than I just set everything I had planned on getting and left . She saw I was upset went I left and said sry as I walk away , yeah I’m sure u are . Thanks for killing the one thing I looked forward to doing today .
