“I cannot say enough about Craig BAECHT, the store manager. Let’s just say I’m not the most tech savvy person, and this man had the patience of Job, was able to get my printing done quickly and probably save this girl from a total meltdown. As I thanked him numerous times, he always said “that’s what we’re here for“. While I agree, let me tell you customer service like that is hard to find these days and when I do, I want to make sure it is recognized and rewarded. Unlike my experience with Office Depot, which has always been frustrating, unhelpful, and bordering on downright rude, FedEx has a new customer for life.”
