“Mark was so helpful in getting my passport renewed..he took photographs, filled out the renewal form on the computer for accuracy, gave me directions on where to get a money order using cash or a debit card, then put the forms, old passport and the pictires in an envelope and put in the mail. He also gave me a copy of the form and showed me how to fill out the money order! EXCELLENT service there!”

“I have had nothing but good and friendly service each time, our office has been dropping mail/packages here for years! Most recent, Louis went above and beyond to help us mail a package to and from Mexico. Each time we had an issue (customs), he took the initiative to find out what could be done on his end. Not to mention, he always greets customers if he has a moment!”
“The staff is extremely helpful and provides options to ship with all major carriers. The prices are the same as if you went to the locations of the individual carriers, but they actually compare the cost of each carrier for you to choose. I rarely ever have to wait in line to ship something!!!”

“Delivery was scheduled for 1:30 pm to 5:30pm. Driver showed up at 12:30pm and of course I wasn’t home because that was a whole hour before my delivery window and I had a class until 1pm- hence why I scheduled the delivery for after 1:30.
Revised: the company reached out and made sure my delivery was rescheduled promptly. The way the situation was corrected showed that they care about their customers. The item was delivered within a few days at the correct time.”

“I am several months late in writing this, but I absolutely had to double back and rave about my experience at this Baton Rouge location! Back in January, I came in to get custom bingo cards printed for my birthday dinner, and I was assisted by Destiny (who I believe is the assistant manager).
To say she provided top-tier service is an understatement. Destiny was incredibly professional, courteous, and attentive to detail. She made sure everything came out absolutely perfect for my special event, and her great energy made the entire process seamless. When someone provides service this exceptional, it sticks with you—which is why I'm still thinking about it months later! “NO OVERNIGHT PARKING! The office opens at 7am. Go to window and have your CDL on you and pickup number! Slide tandems open doors and back in! Make sure trailer is clean and in good shape as they will check! 20 minutes in and out! FCFS! YOU MUST PROVIDE YOIR OWN SECUREMENT DRY VANS!”

“The BEST place to get all of your shipping done. I’m so grateful I found this location. Shipping and returns can be a frustrating and tedious errand- especially when you aren’t 100% sure what you need. However, this location has always exceeded my expectations in the best way. The staff is so incredibly kind and helpful. They treat everyone with respect and compassion. They make each transaction so quick and easy. Trevelle is an exceptional employee! He is always so helpful, greets everyone as they enter, and genuinely brightens my day each time I come in. I don’t mind travelling a little out of my way to come to this location because the customer service is so much better than anywhere else.”
