And today I visited, asking about sending something else overseas, and although I didn't end up doing so due to the cost, the gentleman who assisted me was so VERY kind and professional. He did print a label for me for my package, gave me a special bag in which to put the item, and sold me a larger padded envelope for the bagged item. Definitely the place to go in Baton Rouge if you need items sent and appropriately packaged!”

“I came in on March 7th to get 30 - 50 page notebooks made for my business. Chet and another guy who was filling in for the day helped me, I paid for the notebooks and got everything taken care of…. or so i thought.I came in again to pick them up on March 21st after not hearing anything back that they were completed, Ebony was there to help me. She could not find the notebooks anywhere. Since it had been 2 weeks since i brought the documents in, she said that she would get them all printed and completed and to just give her a few hours. Not even 3 hours later, I get a call from Ebony saying they were finished and ready to be picked up. I get to the store and she said that the price was pretty hefty for the amount of books I had. I told her that I already paid for them on March 7th when I initially came in. She then looked around again and found my notebooks already printed and under someone else’s name.I doubt she hears this enough, but i hope she sees this and knows that I am grateful that she went out of her way by fixing someone else’s mistake in such a short notice. THANK YOU EBONY!!”

“I must say, after hearing some horrible reviews about XPO, I was a little nervous. There were some delays with my item, but I’m unsure if they were due to the manufacturer or XPO. XPO Logistics delivered my item on time (referencing the delivery window time). Both gentlemen were very nice and professional. I chose the complimentary delivery option, where the item would be placed in the first dry area of my home. However, the gentleman brought my item all the way in, removed the plastic wrapping, and even placed the item where I wanted it. This was all without me asking.”

“Called to see where my package was and they said they would return my call in three hours or less. Within an hour they returned my call but I missed it. The worker left a minute plus voicemail explaining why the package may have been delayed and apologizing. Sure enough, two days later the package showed up. It might not be the perfect package delivery but this service experience was LIGHT YEARS ahead of the ones I've had with UPS. Super happy ?”

Hardy had to unpack a trailer to get to my package but found my item and had me on my way in no time. 5 Stars for personnel, 4 stars for the tall loading dock”
