**Dr. Rob** went above and beyond—he came into the exam room and actually *sat with us and our dogs,* taking the time to connect with them on their level. It wasn’t rushed or clinical—it was calm, genuine, and full of care. Our senior boy, who usually gets nervous at the vet, visibly relaxed around him.
During the visit, Dr. Rob discovered our old pup had an ear infection we weren’t aware of and began treatment immediately. He also noticed the stiffness in our dog’s back leg, which we now know is due to arthritis. The attention to detail, the explanation, and the kindness in which it was all delivered meant the world to us.
It’s rare to find a veterinarian who treats your pets like their own and makes you feel truly supported as a pet parent. We’re so grateful for Dr. Rob and the entire staff. Thank you for your heart, your expertise, and your commitment to compassionate care.
