“Just as many others have noted, we had to get our sienna fixed after someone spun out and destroyed its front end and Jimmy and the folks at Unique Custom Collision really took care of us. The only drawback was it was a little further a drive than other shops, but worth it! Everyone else was going to take longer and insurance wasn't paying out like they should (also didn't have much time bc we had short duration on our rental and wife/kids needed the car) but Jimmy gave us a great deal and got us in fast then communicated the entire way. A couple parts got hung up and he bent over backwards trying to find them. Then let us know as soon as he did that it might be a couple more days than he originally told us (still faster than other shops). As for the work, I actually waited to write this because I have had other work look good at first only to realize later that parts/work were inferior. But after a number of months everything is working and looking as it should. We will be back.”

“Wayne had done some previous work on our truck after an accident at the request of the person at-fault (they were paying out of pocket and knew Wayne) and we were extremely pleased with the communication and quality of work. So when we had a minor incident recently that made it undriveable, we knew exactly where to bring it again. I was out of the country but text Wayne and he took care of everything. It was very comforting to know there was someone that understood how tough it was to manage this from out of the country and basically put my mind at ease by saying "don't worry, we got this". “Over the years, I have had work done on cars at a few shops and this one is the best!! The shop is about 20 minutes from my house, but I'll gladly drive the extra miles to bring my car to them. I was having trouble getting my daughter's car into the shop near my house because they were scheduling several months out, so I just called a few random shops, and Certified Collison got me in right away and got the process going withing a couple of days. We have since had work done here a few times. Every time the quality of work is excellent and the customer service is impeccable. They are always up front about the timeline, the costs, and work being done. I have never had an issue getting in touch with them, and they always answer any question that I have.”

Unlike Gerber Collison Center, the communication from United Collison Center was beyond my expectations. The staff and mechanics did an exceptional job. If you want your vehicle fixed properly and in a timely fashion I strongly suggest bringing it here.”
“I was looking for a repair shop in the Denham area. The reviews for the different shops let me narrow it down to three places. Then I drove by each place. I chose Maggio’s because the building and grounds were well maintained. The parking lot was neat and orderly. It wasn’t crowded with junk and cars in different stages of repair. My assumption was if they care for their property this way, then they will care for my property as well.
And, I was right. The repairs to our Grand Cherokee were excellent. I know there are more people on the Maggio’s team, but I only dealt with Taylor and Mark. These folks know their business.

We noticed a problem with the steering after getting the car back and we were able to get it back to them. Kept us updated and car looks good as new.”
