“Our family has been taking our pets to Crossroads Animal Hospital for almost 20 years now. The doctors and staff there are always friendly and helpful. Our dog loves the attention he gets and all but runs to the door when I get him out of the car. It’s obvious that he loves them and they love him. The front desk staff are fantastic! Welcoming and helpful.Their boarding facility is first class! It’s clean, roomy, has access to an outdoor play space, and is well attended by caring and capable staff. When we are out of town, Crossroads Animal Hospital staff will often text me a picture to let me know my dog is doing fine and enjoying his stay. (Recent ones attached)When we have had medical issues, I appreciate the knowledgeable doctors, Dr. Zach and Dr. Jenna, taking their time to explain what’s going on in layman’s terms and help me understand all of my options. I highly recommend Crossroads Animal Hospital.”

“Brought in my ailing cat, Blackie, after quite and extensive conversation explaining test results and what May or may not help, we decided the best result was to euthanize my sweet boy, he was almost 18:years old and his back legs just stopped working in just days. The decision was so difficult but, the vet and vet associates were so comforting.When we went to pick up his ashes, they were in a beautiful carved wooden box, I will have a brass plate made to commemorate my sweet big boy.”

“We took our poodle of 18 years in to see Dr Bobby Walsh. I have NEVER been to a veterinarian with more love and patience with our poodle and we as the owners of Maggie. He was very thoughtful of my husband’s pain in making a decision to put her asleep. He explained the options and my husband decided on the treatment plan and we took her home in critical condition. Dr Bobby was so amazing and spent over 1.5 hours explaining and helping us to understand Maggie was at the end of life. We followed his instructions given on Monday and early Thursday morning, 1/25/24 Maggie crossed over the rainbow ?? into Doggy Heaven. She was wrapped in my husband’s shirt he had just taken off and looked very peaceful at 6:00 a.m. this morning. She gave my husband so many years of unconditional love and companionship. I suggest Dr Walsh for your pet needs. He is so patient, kind and considerate of the pain involved with the parting of a pet. Thank you, we planned to bring her in today to put her down as my husband realized she was in pain. Thanking God she went peacefully during the night.\nOnce again thank you Dr Bobby Walsh you amazed us with your kindness toward us and our Maggie. I will praise you to all pet owners,\nYou came highly recommended and you were amazing. Thank you John & Althea Everett??”

“In and out with medicine and peace of mind. I made an appointment online at 10PM after my kitty injured her eye. Was seen right away and left after 35minutes. $160 for the visit/eye stain/ & meds.I read the other reviews about how they “push” you to buy a care plan but that was never mentioned to me however I do think it’s a great product for younger pets.This appointment was on a Sunday. Compared to other vets, a weekend appointment would have easily cost me triple the cost.Will return if another pet emergency arises.”
