“This review is for Rails Towing's truck operator Ryan. Ryan was dispatched to the Love's truck stop in Mansfield LA to help with our Penske rental on 8/2/26. First of all, Ryan is a true hero!! It's only because of his knowledge and experience that we were able to complete our trip safely and in our original rental. Ryan, my family will tell of your amazing talent for years to come. Thank you for everything you did for us! Blessings on you and your family for eternity sir!!”

“As owners of Tyler’s Hotshots, we’ve had both the pleasure and unfortunately sometimes the displeasure of working with wrecking and recovery companies all across the U.S. When my 2025 Dodge Ram and 40-foot gooseneck found themselves in a serious bind, I needed help fast, but more importantly, I needed a company I could trust. Futrell’s Wrecker Service came highly recommended by another hotshot driver who stopped to assist me roadside. Despite seeing mixed reviews, I chose to trust the word of a fellow trucker, and I’m beyond grateful I did. From the very first call, Joe and the crew was nothing short of exceptional. Not only was their response time incredibly fast, but every interaction was handled with professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness during what was already a stressful situation. Joni in the office was incredibly kind and patient while helping me navigate paperwork I admittedly messed up more than once. Joe, who took my initial call when I was frustrated, overwhelmed, and scatterbrained, helped me slow down, think clearly, and get everything handled professionally. What truly set this company apart, though, was the level of care beyond just the tow itself. After everything was said and done, the owners personally followed up to make sure my load had been successfully transferred and still delivered on time. That level of service is rare. From one business owner to another, I can confidently say Futrell’s Wrecker Service operates with integrity, professionalism, urgency, and heart. They treated me like family when they absolutely didn’t have to. In an industry where customer service often gets overlooked, this company stands out in all the right ways. Tyler’s Hotshots has nothing but respect and gratitude for Futrell’s Wrecker Service. Thank you again for showing grace, professionalism, and true care when it mattered most. Keep doing what you’re doing. — Tyler’s Hotshots”
