“I had quite the day before J&J. Having spent most of the morning on another tow company that had us wait 3+ hours (with another 1.5 hours before supposedly arriving), I called J & J late in the day expecting to have to wait for the following morning. They said they could pick it up within the hour, and DID! He was $100+ less expensive than the first quote I got (and waited so many hours for), was very clear and easy to understand on the phone, and easy to deal with. Would definitely use again.”
