“I was greeted when I walked into the front door and asked if I needed any help. I was looking for some antifreeze For my Toyota. Brandon, the store manager was very helpful. He got me the right antifreeze for my Toyota make sure I had a funnel so I wouldn’t spill any.”

“Fine O'Reilly's Auto parts a fine place to shop. But one problem their prices are outrageous. The other establishments such as AutoZone, Advanced Auto parts are cheaper and more reasonable. If O'Reilly's will match up to their prices I think they would get more business.”

“I went to Auto Zone first was treated like they didn’t want to help me and was told to go to O’Rileys or pep boys instead. I decided to leave and go to O’Rileys and as soon as I walked in their employee Gerald was eager to assist me. I needed to get my batter tested and replaced. He did an amazing job! He also gave me a few pointers along the way and explained everything he was doing during the service. I have definitely found my new auto parts store! “I needed a very small part. A cap that screws on the engine coolant. $69.00 for a cap. The guy that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and very polite. The part was ordered in 2 days, I received a phone call, saying that my order had come in. Got there and the same associate place the new cap on, showed me where the old cap was broken. This just may be my new auto store.”

The last time we stopped in the guy behind the counter spied our needs from across the room, gave us a few options and then sold us the cheaper option because we didn't need the more expensive style for our device.
