“My son and I went to the store on Magazine St. in March of this year. We were in town to see family friends and go to the Irish Italian Parade. I have always wanted to purchase from this store since my local friend told me about it years ago. The store looked amazing and had to many things and different price points to buy. But what I really appreciated is how they made my 7 year old feel special. It's the first big trip he could remember going on and he had his own money to spend. He picked out several things and the girls at the counter were so patient and talked to him like he was just any regular ol person coming in to make a purchase. He loved it. As for me who is from New Orleans but moved away years ago and lives in the Midwest, I loved getting things to bring back home that are unique and totally Louisiana. Great store and friendly employees.”

“My daughter and I had our first ever visit to New Orleans for the Eras Tour! While we were there we got to do some shopping and popped into Pippen Lane! My daughter is 8 and loves all things that sparkle and loves her accessories even more. Pippen Lane had EVERYTHING you could imagine for all sorts of fun occasions; including the Eras Tour! The staff was so friendly and seemed just as excited for us for the Eras Tour as we were! They made our experience feel extra special. As we were checking out I had mentioned that we don't have anything like their shop out by us and they let us know that they have Instagram and the ship!! So excited to be a returning *virtual* customer until we make our way back out to New Orleans!”
“The orange afro girl was super cute, and everyone was nice, but three cashiers were lounging around and chatting while one girl was doing her job until the manager came around and the trio instantly started working, though overall it was a good experience.”
“This place is possibly the cutest shop on the street! Curated perfectly. I actually bought online and went to pick up and ended up walking out with more!
Side note - my cars battery actually died (thought it was something worse) right in front of the store and the wonderful owner offered so much help. Held my belongings and waited by my children while loaded the car seats in the Uber. Impeccable customer service to say the least!”
“This is my all time favorite store. There are so many beautiful items throughout the entire store. And I even have a favorite salesperson at the store. Her name is Julie. She is incredibly helpful, kind, and personable. Julie’s high quality customer service truly makes shopping at Little Miss Muffin worthwhile. Thank you, Julie, for always making me feel like a valued customer and friend every single time I enter the store.

The staff were very helpful with my purchase and wrapping it, and then literally went out and bought water for my sister when she caught a swoon and had to sit down for awhile. Cool place.”

I just had to write about the great experience I had at Emline recently. Right when I walked in, I loved the vibe. It's stylish, but also really comfortable and welcoming. It just felt good to be there and look around.
And the staff? They were fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and easy to talk to. You can tell they really know their stuff, too. They answered all my questions and had some great suggestions, but I never felt pushed to buy anything, which I appreciated.
But the best part was how personal everything felt. The owner actually took the time to show me around and tell me about the different collections. Then—and this was so nice—they autographed a hat for my son. He was so excited!
It's not often you find a place with such cool things and amazing service like that. Emline is a special place, and I'll definitely be back.”

We had the pleasure of working with a saleswoman named Linda and after working with her a new tradition was born for my son. We will definitely purchase all our special occasions clothes from Perlis. Linda was absolutely amazing, she was knowledgeable about attire for boys, and her service was so stellar that she easily won me over as a repeat customer. However, in addition to her service it was the quality of the clothing that definitely impacted my decision to return. My son played the violin on the night of his moving up ceremony and the jacket and tie that he wore looked absolutely amazing. “Baby One was a huge surprise children's clothing shop in the midst of stores geared towards souvenirs and foods of New Orleans. The selection of baby, toddler, and older kid clothing was amazing. Outfits ranged from the festive Mardi Gras colored t-shirts to the more sophisticated outfits from Bonne Jean. The pricing was very competitive with online stores and it felt good to support a local business with our purchases. The owner was friendly and the store was very inviting. We loved it!”

“JCPenney definitely is my favorite department store in any mall; however I must extend praise of outstanding customer service to Cheleatha. Shopping and coordinating something for a special event, right before I checked out I asked for her personal opinion and expertise. She was willing and welcoming to provide stellar customer service. She knew the store, product.knowledge of departments and had care and service with compassion. In the end it wasnt the savings, that made my trip one where I would now choose this store as my home store; it was Cheleatha. Her going above and beyond with a smile, and making customers feel like the store isn't just a store in the area. But its the store you feel is just for you, with customer service being the greatest quality along with good buys. The Westbank is definitely blessed she is the jewel of JCPenneys woman's department.”
