This is a real family practice, the kind you hope still exists. It’s tucked inside a converted house in the Lower Garden District, and it feels warm and personal from the moment you walk in. They do everything on-site: bloodwork, urine tests, you name it. No more running all over town to LabCorp or trying to piece together your care from six different places.
Yes, I had to wait longer than usual today because they were understaffed, but honestly? I didn’t even mind. Everyone was kind, attentive, and still completely on it. If that’s them on a rough day, I can’t wait to see them fully staffed.
Also, the tech is actually useful. I got a text right after my visit with links to my prescriptions and discounts (through RxInform). No confusing portals. No phone tag.

“I must say that 9/15/2023, was my first visit and it was a very good experience. My initial interaction was with nurse Kaylee. She was amazing. She has a beautiful, caring, and welcoming spirit. My next interaction was with my lab tech. I apologize that I don't remember her name, but she was also amazing. I have been told that I my veins are difficult to find. Well this time I didn't even feel the usual pinch and days later, still no bruising. Thank you two for making my first visit a great one.”
