Westside Veterinary Hospital
91 Westbank Expy suite 540, GretnaWe were referred to this Vet office from our Austin Vet office. That was in 2022; it is now 2025, and we could not be any happier. We have a Siberian Husky and a German Shepard. The office staff is absolutely amazing and very prompt in responding to emails and phone calls. I cannot think of a time when I called for an urgent visit that the office squeezed us in within 24 hours. Not emergent since it is not a pet emergency facility, but they do have relationships with several emergency locations on the East and West Bank. Prices are reasonable, and by no means do they try to add miscellaneous things to increase charges. They are very transparent about their services, as well as their prices.

2112 Belle Chasse Hwy Suite #1, GretnaService was fast and friendly! I ordered an iced oat milk matcha with lavender & honey 10/10. We also order the monkey bread, mango Bingsu, a savory pastry with curry inside, and a sandwich all very good. I will say the money bread was not as gooey as I’d hope for, a bit more on the dry cinnamon bread side but still a good treat to try.

We were greeted by the owner upon arriving and he was so personable and interested to know where we were from. Our 2 year old grandson has SO many terrible food allergies- life threatening to him and they were so careful and concerned-the chef came to our table to discuss and our server was quickly made aware. Husband ate the grilled beet salad and I had the grilled salmon and it was absolutely delicious!DEFINITELY get the brussel sprouts!
