His first groom was amazing so I decided to take him back for daycare. I did not even make an appointment but when we walked in, Hannah at the front desk immediately knew my pup's name which really meant a lot to me. Hannah and the entire staff are so nice, my dog loves going there and he's always happy, healthy and exhausted when I pick him up. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Dr. Kreider and Dr. Merriwether have provided excellent care for my anxious kitty and have helped us work through many illnesses and behavioral situations over the years. They are always right on the money with their recommendations and treatment plans. We trust them completely! We love that they know exactly who we are every time we call and are so genuinely excited to see Minnie. We also love the consistency in care. Most of the staff has been there since the beginning of our journey with Lake Animal. They are so caring and just a great Vet all around!

5928 W Metairie Ave Ste 9, MetairieI adopted a handicapped Australian Shepherd. Took him to Rhoda for grooming. I cannot express how beautiful a job they did to my dog. The staff are wonderful, one of the ladies helped me get him in and out the car. Price was extremely great for what they did, I highly recommend them.

They offer home euthanization for your babies. Dr. Edmond and vet tech Nikkie came to my house and was so caring to my family and of course Luna. Then when you visit with Nurse KeKe who makes you feel seen and takes her time with you and your puppy. She never rushed us and made sure all questions were answered before letting you move on. Now to top this off was Dr Lillard. This lady was the epitome of class and personality. So I see why the staff are the way they are. The expectation is set from the top. I am thankful for this store.

I have a dog that is not comfortable around unfamiliars. They automatically schedule us for times when the clinic is likely to be low traffic. We stay in the car until they call us when they’re ready to see us. Such lovely people!

The staff was so very nice in every way possible. But the doctor was superb as well. Very professional and extreme bedside manner. My poor dog developed an infection and Dr. Jack was just amazing. I was so very upset when she developed an infection. But Dr. Jack stood there after hours to help me get her on the right track. Dr. Jack showed me his true professionalism and caring for my animal. I can’t thank Dr. Jack enough I just love him! He got my baby back up and running. I would HIGHLY ,HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jack. Thank you Dr. Jack for caring so very much not only for caring for my dog, but for taking care of me when I was so very upset.

We started boarding our dogs at Camp Bow Wow by the airport in 2024 and have worried less and less with each visit. The staff knows our dogs’ quirks and remembers them by name. One of our dogs has epilepsy; another one of our dogs is very anxious after a history of abuse (before we rescued him). They show each of our dogs the care and attention that they need and want. We found she was alot to deal with at times as these are very high energy dogs. Mits was recommended so we decided to send her to training for 3 weeks. We just got her back yesterday and wow, she really is a different dog. She learned how to play properly to get some of her energy out and satisfy her prey drive. She has also learned how to be independent and just chill by herself and not have to be under us all of the time. Her recall is so much better! We highly recommend Mits at Top Dog Training. He did a really good job getting Kiki on the right track. We also have Mits for life for any questions or problems that may come up in the future. Thank you Mits for taking such good care of Kiki!

They hung on to him for a couple hours, introducing him to their facility and giving him time to adjust while observing how he does with other dogs. He got to play in water while there, his absolute favorite activity, and when I picked him up I could tell he had a great time! And they gave us a free day of daycare!! We are so impressed with their facility, the services they offer, and the staff. It was all great!!

He came to discover their quirks and understand their personalities. Maria has primarily been walking my pups and she's been great. Sends me wonderful pictures of them while they are home and gives wonderful description of their time together.
Much better solution to asking a neighbor or family member. The professionalism and quality is worth the cost.

The omelet was rather small, but good flavor, the grit was a small cup. The look of it wasn't worth the price but my husband was satisfied.
