“If you’re from or visiting New Orleans this is definitely the place to go! They have an amazing selection and great customer service. Shoutout to Mo the other day for helping me out I really appreciate it ! ??”
“A friend of mine teaches philosophy and was grading some papers late at night at the bar here. I went to go join him just to visit and to brush up on my Plato because I happened to be in the area. Neither of us were drinking, but David the bartender was so hospitable and made sure we had the lamps we needed to do our reading. I had never been here before but I felt so at home. Next time I'm in the area looking for a drink and a place to smoke, this will be the first place I come to.”
“This shop is clean and well taken care of! The customer service is phenomenal! Always fast and efficient! Sheree is such a delight and always makes sure the customers feel welcomed and appreciated! Thank you so much!”
“Smooth great cigars. Only thing I'd charge about this establishment is to add some comfortable couches for the customers who want to enjoy a cigar at the factory.”
“This is the absolute best grinder on the market. Can grind a pound of tobacco in 1 minute easily. Very impressive. Can turn it into a keif like consistent base for edibles”
“Great little shop. We were in town for a conference and found this gem on a sidestreet. Armando was knowledge and friendly. Comfy chairs and good conversation. He's been there for years and I encourage you to stop by for a visit!”
“Great cigar shop, reasonable prices on house sticks, I bought a couple on recommendation from the staff and brought one with me to smoke, I was there on a Sunday and they had the game on, great place to sit back relax and have a good smoke!”
“This guy named Beau really helped me alot! I had to really piss bad but I had no hands so he offered to hold it and even tug a lil so I'd come back for the full thing! I'm so glad this place had employees like him ???”
“We adore AJ, he has all kinds of cool things in his shop! It's clean, organized and he's a great guy. Go check it out !

“Stopped by this record store recently and was really impressed with the selection. They had a huge variety of albums, T-shirts, and smoking accessories, so there was plenty to browse no matter what you’re into. While some of the prices were a little higher than I expected, the quality and selection made up for it. The biggest highlight was the customer service—the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They took the time to answer questions and made the experience enjoyable. Overall, a great place to shop, and I’d definitely visit again.”
“Absolutely wonderful shop! I’m visiting the city and stopped here at the recommendation of a friend, and am so glad I did. The humidor has so many gems in it that it’s hard to decide what to grab. I stayed and had a Pi Brown in the little lounge area behind the door, and it was by far the best experience I’ve had in any shop I’ve been in. The regulars were so welcoming, and I’ll definitely be back every time I’m in the city.”
“Best smoke shop on the Westbank and it's not even close. Way better than most of the shops in Nola and the East as well. Great atmosphere and the staff is awesome.10/10”
“A large selection of nearly every possible beverage you could imagine. The store was large and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is in a rather busy part of town but fairly easy to get to. Highly recommended.”

“I came from a whole other country to come try the hookah and trust me they did NOT disappoint!!! It was quite the experience and the employees had the best customer service and so kind. If you're ever looking for a nice vibe and a chill time you have to try them out!!”
“Great selection and prices, staff was friendly and attentive...if it had a better location they can get way more biz I'd assume. Someone suggested CLOUD9 and I had a hard time finding it even with my GPS bc it's not actually ON cleary, that is only negative.”
“I went in to buy some cigarettes, and Logan helped me that day. When I told him I really needed to try and quit, he suggested using Vuse or Juul tapes. So I bought some Vuse to see how I would like them. Logan was very informative and helpful. I really appreciated his advice.”
“This is my favorite cigar shop. Always fresh and the people there are super nice ? I just received my order and it came in this amazing box! I'm excited ?”
“Second time going to Mayan's for a Christmas present for daughter's boyfriend. I asked for recommendations for cigars, and the salesman was on point with choices. Four cigars and the boyfriend loved them. Great place for cigar gift giving.”
“Smoke Xpress is hands down one of the best spots if you’re looking for great prices without sacrificing quality. What really stands out is their competitive pricing — everything feels reasonably priced, and in many cases, cheaper than what you’d expect anywhere else. Whether you’re picking up everyday essentials or something more specific, you can tell they put effort into keeping their prices customer-friendly.
Their cigar selection is especially impressive. Not only do they carry a wide variety of brands and styles, but the prices are extremely affordable. It’s rare to find a place that offers both such a strong selection and deals that actually make you want to come back regularly. Whether you’re a casual smoker or someone who really knows cigars, there’s something for everyone, and you won’t feel like you’re overpaying.
Overall, Smoke Xpress delivers on both value and variety. Great pricing, a solid selection, and a shop that clearly understands what customers are looking for — definitely worth checking out.”
“I haven’t been to this place until recently while I was visiting a friend nearby. We were planning on eating out, but the weather was terrible so we decided last minute just to stay in and cook something. We didn’t want to schlep all the way to one of the large supermarkets and this was close enough for us to go there and back in minutes.
I was so pleasantly surprised by how well stocked, clean, and easy to navigate it was! They also have a wide variety of selections so that we could get everything we needed in one stop! The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this place. The prices were reasonable as well. Most smaller markets will charge an arm and leg but not here!
I’m planning on moving nearby after the first of the year and i can promise you I’ll be frequenting this place regularly.”
“Victoria is the most patient, kind and sweetest person. I knew nothing about the product I was buying and she patiently explained to me. My new favorite place. All businesses should follow this company's protocol. Thank you Victoria”
“I come here for few different things, but mostly just to see the smiling face of the girl who works at night Miss Paige. The moment I walk through the door she is happy to see me, smiling, always good energy, and offers to help me find anything I need. She just doesn’t know I only go there because she’s so friendly and always a positive attitude that you can’t find many places anymore.”
“My girl and I dig this spot not only for the transaction but the interactions as well. JT is always helpful and appreciated when we walk in. Good vibes and efficient at his work.”
“Today I went to get a new vape. The lil Guy that is working the counter was so helpful and polite. It's so nice to walk into a business and feel comfortable with the surroundings. Also the Shop was very clean. Thanks to the lil Guy and to the owners for the Great work .”
“I love this shop they are very helpful and will accommodate any special needs you have. I’m paralyzed and I’m not always able to make it to them in person they allow me to send a family member in and they take my order over the phone and they explain to me what new deals and flavors they have and I’m also able to make my payment over the phone. 100% Excellent customer service.”
“The service was great. I got me a new phone due to an emergency. I came back because I thought I had technical problems. They showed me how to work the phone and was so nice about it. I will always come to the store. Gotta grab me a new bong”
“A true gem of a family owned business. The dad and sons are super helpful and remember what I like when I come in once every month or two. They are there to help you select a great stick and make recommendations based on your preferences. I’ve been going for close a year and couldn’t be happier with the store and service.”
“Great Selection of Elfbars! The best prices on the Westbank when it comes to vapes ? and phone repairs. They have amazing customer service and they are good and fast at what they do highly recommend them!”
“Same employee. Kinda get him now. Just a quite guy. Been there 5 or 6 times now. Always have something in looking for. Quality over quantity. But they have PLENTY of products. There are a couple things I'm looking for they don't have. But overall..... I would give them a 4.6 . Best vape store around my area.”
