“First, there is NO bar at this location. You can get your cigar here, but no bourbon.The location is quiet and the clerk was friendly. I burned my stick on the patio which was nice!I like the ACID cigars. They had a full selection of them with a reasonable mark up. My only concern/suggestion is the humidor cases seemed a little drier than optimal. My cigar was good, but it felt a little dry and the selefane rapper was becoming hazy/cloudy.”

“I've been going to this record store for over ten years and it has always been one of my favorite businesses in the city to shop around at whether it be for vintage t-shirts, new/used records, posters, or smoke accessories. I've always been satisfied with the customer service throughout the years I've been going and never had any complaints. Just when I thought this place couldn't get any better, they threw me an unexpected curveball during the holiday season. I came across a very nice glass gravity infuser that I desperately wanted to purchase for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift. After realizing that the item was a bit out of my price range the worker that was helping me, AZ, offered to set me up on a payment plan through PayPal so that I could pay off the item in four installments. Fast, convenient, and easy to set up, I was able to purchase this item for my stoner lover that same night and had one of the best customer experiences of my life. The entire staff was a such joy to talk to while setting up the plan, I found myself spending more time at the shop than intended and even treated myself to a little more shopping. The whole crew (AZ, Mike, Steph, and Elliot) were super friendly and gave me a truly unforgettable experience. My gf was absolutely thrilled with her gift and I've been treated like a king since she got it. Needless to say, I'll be taking advantage of their payment plans again in the future. Thanks yall!!!!”

“I stopped by randomly on a day when I didn't have my car and happened to be in the FQ area. I needed to get a new piece and I was so pleasantly surprised by my entire experience. The man working, who I believe is also the owner or manager, was very friendly and patient. At the time, the shop was also very well set up for COVID precautions, with a hand sanitizer station and service at the door, and the clerk helping me being gloved. He was beyond helpful as I made my selection, and I was also shocked by how inexpensive the beautiful piece I bought turned out to be - I would have spent double the cost for it. It has been durable (despite being glass and dropped by me a couple times) and I've gotten compliments on it. I've since taken a couple of friends to this place, and had similarly pleasant experiences. Definitely recommend.”
