“We were referred to this Vet office from our Austin Vet office. That was in 2022; it is now 2025, and we could not be any happier. We have a Siberian Husky and a German Shepard. The office staff is absolutely amazing and very prompt in responding to emails and phone calls. I cannot think of a time when I called for an urgent visit that the office squeezed us in within 24 hours. Not emergent since it is not a pet emergency facility, but they do have relationships with several emergency locations on the East and West Bank. Prices are reasonable, and by no means do they try to add miscellaneous things to increase charges. They are very transparent about their services, as well as their prices.”
