Watch out for deceptive advertising at Walgreens!Was browsing the sale aisle at my local Walgreens and saw a sign 50% off select plush. Well we tried 2 and was told no squish mellows were on sale.Hmmm your sign looks like they are.Wondering if this is going on at all #Walgreens or is the one on Stumpf the only sleazy deceptive one???

They never seem to stock my items: Libre Sensor, Jardiance, Tikosyn, etc. I started pulling my scripts one by one to Ochsner Pharmacy.

I had an unfortunate experience with Bilal, the pharmacist at the Walgreens 89 Westbank Expy, Gretna LA location. He has an aggressive and combative bedside manner. I believe education in human decency and treatment would be beneficial. I was very uncomfortable in the situation and will avoid him in the future, but for other patients’ benefit and safety i believe his provoking behavior and temper needs to be addressed.

After making an appointment for our Covid and flu vaccines and getting verification on Sunday, we went to the pharmacy a few minutes before our appointment to check in. We were rudely told the Covid vaccines had not been shipped yet. I asked why we were not notified. She stated that she had told us the vaccines hadn't shipped yet. Again I asked why we hadn't been notified. She said "We tried". I am so fed up with the lack of customer service. I am disabled and it is no small issue for me to get to appointments.

The lady working there playing on her phone and not trying to help the customer I ask for help multiple times and she said press the button for help and I did and waited for more then 20 minutes and still no help terrible customer service.

Had some issues with insurance the other day but Karielle did not give up on me and finally got it resolved. She was kind, professional, and patient. Everybody else was really nice to me as well. I know things can be hectic at pharmacies these days and I went in expecting to use my patience but these folks really earned my respect. Great job and give them a raise.

I always go to this Walgreens to fill my prescriptions every month and I went to other Walgreens and receive horrible service but this Walgreens is the a pitta me of great customer service the staff is friendly courteous professional and punctual I will never go to another Walgreens but this one and I highly recommend it

i have been going to this Walgreens for 40 plus years and have just recently realized management/service has changed a lot. an obviously racist woman behind the counter carded me; an almost completely grey haired person, for cold medicine because i was buying more then one because the second one was half off. her and the manager she called over were incredibly rude and insulting. they treated me as some king a drug person looking for cemicles in meds. it was a sale i was taking advantage of but i get it i was the wrong color and i had long hair, we all know the type of people that make such judgements. i will never get anything thing here again and it is a shame what this once local establishment has become, i used to go here with my grandma and i'm 60.

Last spring, 2021 we found ourselves transferred to Walgreens at the Stumpf location after Carr Drugs closed on short notice. Donald and I were initially unhappy assuming that the service would be very different from the small store we were used to. But as time went on and we were all hit by wave after wave of Covid cases and a Hurricane Ida evacuation, we came to truly appreciate the staff here. There were times we were on line in the store or outside in the car line, for a long time, (often # 16 to #20 inside), due to initial transfer problems to Walgreens with our RX accounts and Ochsner. Everyone at the counter and the window was tired and stressed. At one point there was a severe shortage of staff, often with 3 people to staff the window the counter and the drug orders. A kind word or a greeting to the staff first thing, helps out, before you state the problem. There are often customers who have complicated issues and to resolve them takes time and patience. Some elderly customers who are confused and stressed come alone without someone to explain things, and phone calls and computer checks have to be made. This all takes time. The staff recognizes us now and we always greet and thank them, before and after service. Courtesy and efficiency is a 2 way street and we are thankful for the staff who continue to assist us, an older couple who has a combined number of 25 prescription drugs between them.

Worst pharmacy ever. Make you wait 31 days on 30 day supply meds. Don't answer phones or online messages. I changed pharmacies n it's like goin from hell to heaven. My mom just uses it cause it's close to the house but she wants to transfer her meds cause of these same issues.

I went to Pharmacy to get 2nd vaccine at 12:50 being their lunch time is 1:30 to 2 pm. Yet they refused to give second dose and we were asked to come back at 3. There were no lines for the pharmacy at that time. Attendant at window was very ugly and rude!!!Aren't we all trying to get vaccinated for our safety as well as our community? Yet turned away! If lunch time has changed PLEASE POST!!
