AT&T staff was courteous and respectful. They were prompt when I walked into the store. They were very helpful to resolve my iPhone issues. I would definitely recommend them and would do business with again.

We went in the store yesterday (1/23/2020) to ask some questions...my husband is deploying soon so we had a lot! Staff was very helpful! We decided to switch from Verizon to AT&T. They were very patient with my mom who forgot all of her Verizon information and helped her recover it so she could switch also. They even showed us how to use our phones and set everything up. Legit the best customer service. They even walked us out when we were done and held the door open. Definitely will be back to this store, I can't wait to switch the internet and TV to AT&T soon!

Because my payment was not posted and they turned off my phone so I had to go back to the store with my receipt to get things straightened out and I have no transportation of my own at the moment
