Shaniquia aka D was a phenomenal help! She was friendly open and welcoming. Although we had to wait a little longer due to two elderly couple taking a little longer. But she was respectful and thought of us. Offered us seats while we waited. Great sales person and employee.

Mary, Chris and Dani made a few hours in this store feel easy. I set up internet for my grandmother who has never had internet before. They also saved her $150 a month by switching from a cable box to the Spectrum through internet. Yall go see them, they will bend over backwards and season it with humor and professionalism.
