Every experience at this branch has been without flaw. Friendly customer service even when it’s something they can’t help or resolve personally. Prompt service. Usually a person at door that greets you and helps you to the place you need to be. Great job team!

This is going to be my new bank location! Jemina was so helpful, kind, friendly and just the nicest person ever! I also talked to Bri and she was just as sweet and amazing! Definitely glad to have them there!

This was my 1st experience with the Capital One Branch at 1506 South Morrison Blvd Hammond. I have been a satisfied Capital One customer since they took over Hibernia and this visit was another reason I will continue to be a customer as well as continue to recommend them, The purpose was to get help with opening a new account and solving the problem of unauthorized withdrawals from subscriptions i had canceled, I met with Branch Ambassador Jemina Ferguson. Jemina listened intently to my issues and once she had heard everything was able to came up with solutions for them as well as helping me to open a new account. The experience was top notch. Being a new resident of the Hammond area I will continue to do business with the South Morrison location and Jemina. Thanks for your help Jemina and I look forward to working with you in the future should the need arise. I got the 5 Star treatment.

When I was married I was with first guarantee for 20 years never had one problem till my divorce so had to close joint account tried to open individual account they then tell me my credit isn't good enough. Took my money that day went to capital one they took me with no problem. Now I am not saying they perfect but to me personally they are awesome.

They need more employees to answer the phones. Also, their computer system is horrible. Sometimes I have double charges for the same amount. Then I have to wait to get my money back because of their error. This is so NOT acceptable to me ‼️‼️ they always want to blame the merchants, but it’s their banking system…??

Don’t have health issues and try to work for Capital One. You miss days for passing out for a heart condition and ending up in the ER you’re subjected to being fired. Trash company. I didn’t choose to have 4 different heart conditions. I didn’t choose to pass out randomly. I didn’t choose this life. But Capital One does NOT care about their employees. I wasn’t there quite a year so I didn’t qualify for FMLA. Sat down with my boss today and was told that we all have policy and procedures to follow for attendance. So that being said, my heart condition I can’t control is what ultimately ended my job. Think about that for a second and just wow. This is how companies do their employees.

The staff in this location is SO slow. Never in my life have I seen people move with ZERO sense of urgency! Beyond ridiculous. There's 12 people in the lobby and 2 tellers. DISGUSTING! Definitely moving my ENTIRE banking relationship elsewhere.
