Idk if this is the one Marcus works at, I think he is an assistant manager of some kind but he has the patience of a saint having to deal with horrible customers. That lady needs to learn to parent her children.

Needed more front desk and bar help on this visit. Only one person working both. Had to wait a while to get my Old Fashioned. Limited beverage options at the bar.

For the most part I'm always satisfied with marriott.
