“This location was very clean, staff is very friendly. Plenty of equipment on first floor. Running) walking track is upstairs and can be access by stars or elevator. Location is accessible by a few ways. I'm order to park you must have a parking permit which is available by the parking office. This allows residents the use of the red severe and to park in specific areas. A but plus is that the track is aircondtioned which is a big plus especially during the summer months.”
“I’ve been going to this gym for over 10 yrs and I have to say “ I love this gym!” They have an array of ways to keep you fit. From the pools to pickle ball, tennis, exercise equipment, exercise classes etc. I myself love the classes . It’s the instructors & the staff’s friendliness that makes this place awesome! Let’s not forget Ms Carol’s smile when you walk in and Melanie who keeps the place spic and span . Doreen,Patty,Michelle,Judy,Ramona,Chad,Sara,Kelly & several other instructors inspire you to work as hard as you can while your there and always reminding you of good form to prevent injury.
