“I was in Ponchatoula from out of town for storm work and needed a gym to lift at while I was here and after looking around it was a no brainer. Its an awesome mom and pop old school style lifting gym. If your a serious lifter and wanna enjoy using some old school machines, dumbells and plates you have to come here and it was all VERY WELL MAINTAINED! they also had a great cardio selection so they cater to anyone's needs. if you live in this area and aren't going here your crazy...... Cancel that membership at the corporate gym and support you local business!”

“Open 24 hours (except on Sunday...when they are closed. No tanning beds, smells moldy, and there has been a SHOE on the roof for months. This strip mall is finally filling out but is run-down and out dated. This is a wonderfull company in a terrible location.”
