The Hammond Home Depot provides tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, and building materials. It has a good selection of products, including a nice selection of flowers and plants in outside lawn and garden. The store is clean, including the bathroom. Customer service has shown pride, with friendly cashiers and customer service people. Associates are helpful in selecting items and with online order pick-up, being quick and thorough. It is noted as a pet-friendly location. Some feedback mentions it can be hard to find someone in specific departments to help locate tools. Overall, it is viewed as more than just a hardware store.
