My wife and I went in to purchase a refrigerator. HD Hhd exactly what we needed for a great price. We were helped by an associate named Ty, who was very nice and made sure we got the help we needed. 5 stars for her alone.

do not buy any appliances from here they don't have any in the store the order it from the vendor after you buy it. I've been waiting on a washer and dryer for over a month and still don't have them.

Never going there again to buy appliances. I had a dryer delivered to my house and it was not the match to my washer and they would not let me return it the same day they delivered it. That was my second and my last purchase from them. I called my sister to tell her about it and she said the same thing happened to her with them. I would not recommend buying anything from them ever.

Stand in line so you can check yourself out. It seems like every person has trouble with something during checkout. The checkout area should have a big sign over it that says "We want you to go to Lowe's."

The hammond la homedepot has changed so much! It's good to see the pride they have taken in their customer service . After placing my online order . It was very quickly ready for pick up. Once I entered the store I did not have to find anyone. Keya and sheral greeted me at the entrance and asked if I needed any help. They where quick and thorough. All smiles and out the door I went to complete my project. Without them this store wouldnt be what it is ! HOMEDEPOT GIVE THESE HARD WORKING GIRLS A RAISE!

Went in today with a small paint chip to color match. I didn’t get the woman’s name at the paint desk but she was helpful and quick and even asked to help me with something in the isles as well. Very pleasant visit with employees greeting me along the way. They had all hands on deck gearing up for the holiday season.

Organized, clean, and items visibly priced with regular and sale prices from their ad. Self checkout had an attendant who was helpful in getting through the process. I would have purchased other needed items IF there had been knowledgeable associates available to answer questions and to assist in choosing the correct items and accessories.

Home depot is a great DIY or on the job parts demand store to go to. While I've noticed places like Lowe's may have better sales than Home Depot (rarely and not by alot) they can't replicate the quality of tools and parts I've seen. Personally I've noticed the staff has a bit better knowledge of there wares and potential DIY info you might need that others can't provide either. They help plenty when it requires heavy lifting as well, making sure the customer is safe and doesn't have to strain by trying to do it themselves. Which is very useful especially for the elderly.

Repeat customer. Broad selection of popular items and generally in stock. Unique or not so popular items are generally special order. Online purchases have been quick to ship and a good experience so far. Good selection of equipment rental. Really glad to see increased selection of James Hardie products.

Bought 2 brand new ceiling fans ($600). 1 works like it should and 1 has a defective circuit board. Mind you, it's 100 pieces and is not the fastest to install. Only to find out it's defective once it's on the ceiling.. what can Home Depot do for me? Nothing. 3 hours wasted and I can't even get a cold drink for my inconvenience. Swapped me out for another that could have the same issue. Amazon would do better. Employees don't care.

Terrible experience with the kitchen “expert”. We had to schedule an appointment with her in order to order the supplies for the bar we’re building. Items were left off the initial order, then left off a second time once she realized it. She doesn’t answer phone calls or emails. Our order finally showed up to the house today, a month overdue, to find that there is yet another item she left off the order. More time and more money. Just order everything yourselves, don’t bother with her.

I called for help with locating an receipt for a PRO phone order for hundreds of dollars, which is typically emailed. The guy who answered the phone transferred me to a line that rang continuously and then hung up on me.
